Not feeling like leaving the comfort of your home with a new baby its totally normal. I can definitely adjust and move the session to your home for a small fee of 50€.
The best time to schedule is before your little one arrives, that way you know you will have a place on my schedule when your new addition makes their grand appearance. I only take on limited sessions a month so my calendar can fill up quickly.
I do prefer to photograph newborns in the first two weeks of life but I have done newborn style sessions up to two months of age. It never hurts to ask if there is availability in my schedule.
My cozy studio is stocked full of cute little hats and bows! I have a large variety of buckets, bowls, beds. There are more than 100 different wraps, every color of the rainbow. Of course if you have something special, blanket or prop you would like to incorporate in your session we can add that in as well.
Newborn safety is a top priority in my studio and at in-home sessions. With over a decade of experience with handling these little ones, they will never be put in a dangerous or uncomfortable position for the sake of a shot. There are several common newborn poses that are actually composited images that I am trained to do. Not every baby will feel comfortable in these poses, and I will never force a baby into such a position.
Regardless of who you choose to photograph your little ones, please make sure they are experienced in how to safely pose newborns.
